Mount Pleasant Engagement

When Trey contacted me and told me he was proposing to my sweet friend Haley, I seriously thought I may explode from excitement. Over the next few weeks, Trey and I worked to plan a very secret surprise for my friend. Trey decided to propose on Pitt Street Bridge in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Haley and Trey met while working in Charleston and bonded over their Carolina/Clemson rivalry. After a few years of traveling for work that took Haley out of Charleston, she finally made her way back to Mount Pleasant.

After scoping out Pitt Street, Trey headed to pick Haley up from her house while I found a place to hide. While Haley thought they were just stretching their legs before dinner, Trey was getting ready for the big moment. Needless to say, Haley was completely surprised in the best way, not just by the proposal, but by the arrival of a few friends and the surprise gathering afterward. Getting to witness this friend of mind begin this next chapter was the sweetest of memories and I will treasure it always. Can’t wait to stand by Haley’s side when she marries Trey this July!
