Emily and JT | Statesville, NC

After being brought together by mutual friends, Emily and JT quickly bonded over their love of Marvel, the outdoors, and Disney World. Emily and I instantly hit it off over our love of all things superheroes, so needless to say I couldn’t wait to meet these two and get them in front of the camera. We ventured out to their wedding venue Chickadee Hill Farms for their engagement portraits, where we spent the evening taking in all the gorgeous sunshine and capturing all the lovey dovey moments between these two. JT and Emily walked me around the property and gave me a tour of where each part of the wedding day would be, and I could tell just how excited they were for their ceremony beneath the trees. We also got to visit with the stars of Chickadee, the mini horses! This session was whimsical, peaceful, and full of love, which feels all too fitting for Emily and JT’s story. I can’t wait to have these two back in front of the camera this April when they get to say I-Do!
