Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell | The Arbors Events

One of the things I have most looked forward to with this year’s weddings is all the new venues I’ve gotten to explore. Nestled on a 112 acre tree farm near Lake Norman, The Arbors Events offers a Napa Valley feel while never leaving North Carolina. The property is covered in gorgeous florals, twinkling lights, and unique architecture that keeps you wanting to look again. I first visited the property for Philip and Laura’s engagement photos, then Laura’s bridals, and finally for their wedding day. This gorgeously sunny day in May treated these two to the best spring weather the Carolinas has to offer. I loved the way the sun highlighted the purples, blues, and pinks of Laura’s bridesmaid aesthetic and also emphasized all the colorful trees around the property. Laura and Philip’s wedding was all about being lifted up by the people who surrounded them, partying with friends, and of course having a few ponds nearby for fishing.
