Mr. and Mrs. Hines | Walnut Hill Acres

In December of 2019 I was second shooting a wedding for Lindsey and Adam with my dear friend Sydney. I remember loving how detailed Lindsey was in her design and how incredibly kind her family was. Well flash forward a year later, and you can imagine my excitement when I get an inquiry for an intimate wedding ceremony from Lindsey’s sister, Megan. Like many couples trying to plan a wedding amidst a pandemic, Ryan and Megan wanted to safely gather with family to celebrate their I-Dos in a way that was considerate to those in attendance. They decided to have an intimate ceremony in the backyard of Megan’s childhood home, lovingly nicknamed “Walnut Hill Acres”. Like her sister, Megan is extremely detail-oriented and a huge lover of color, so naturally we got along really well. Some of favorite memories from this day are Ryan’s reaction to first seeing Megan, their birdseed exit, and Ryan’s first dance with his mom. There was just an overwhelming feeling of kindest from everyone involved in this day, from the way Megan and Ryan treated each other to how all their friends and family interacted. Mr. and Mrs. Hines, you are truly uplifting people to be around. Here’s to your next chapter and the new adventures it brings!
